Child care

Childcare is available during the conference and will be supervised by experienced and, in part, professionally trained employees of the university. Children must be between the ages of 3 months and 6 years old. They may be brought 15 minutes before the day’s programme begins and must be picked up no later than 15 minutes after the programme’s end. The children will have lunch in the university cafeteria (Mensa), accompanied by their caretakers. For babies, parents must provide the necessary food.

It is possible to arrange childcare for individual days, rather than the entire conference. In either case, registration beforehand is necessary. It will not be possible to provide care for children who arrive without being registered!
